Return Policy

In case you have any queries regarding the return of a product, please write to us at label.paraa@gmail.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

The terms and conditions for returns are as follows:

• Label Paraa is unable to accept returns on any products unless the product has arrived damaged.
• We do not provide exchanges for reasons including colour mismatch or size-related issues.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us clear photographs of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order at team.labelparaa@gmail.com
• Upon verification and authorization of the return, Label Paraa may offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
• All returns are subject to verification and approval by the Label Paraa team.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will generally not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances.
• Any cancellation request made after 24 hours will be considered solely at the discretion of Label Paraa.
• For an approved cancellation, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
